Taphrina Deformans.  Leads to sever disfigurement of the leaves.  Affects nectarines, apricots, almonds, and peaches.

Use a copper based fungicide.

Elliptical shrunken area of bark.

Prune out the affected areas before the disease spreads.

Coral spot fungus (Nectria cinnabarina).  Numerous small pink or red cushion-like pustules.

A saprophyte that can become parasitic.  Can start from stumps that have noot been removed and spread to other plants.
